One of the most important ways in which 92 Degrees has become so successful is how we treat our people. From our baristas through to our head office team and coffee shop owners, every single person we work with is a highly valued part of our brand identity and we work hard to do everything we can to support them.
As our franchise partner, you’ll be as much a part of the 92 Degrees family as anyone. After all, your success is our success!
Which is why finishing your training and opening your coffee shop is really only the beginning of what we can achieve working together. We will continue to do everything we can to help you make your new business a success, and to achieve all your goals as a business owner.
Planning for success
As you finish your training, we will work closely with you to produce a business plan for your first 12 months of trading. You will very much be in the driving seat during this process, but we will use all our experience and expertise in running the 92 Degrees network to help you grow and develop, and maximise the potential returns of your new territory.
With you every step of the way
We’ll be very close at hand during your critical opening weeks, and will be visiting you at least once per month during the first year – more if you need it. We’ll also be just a phone call or email away at any time during our partnership should you need help or advice. You, and your team, will also have access to any additional training which becomes available.
